Finding the right place to live is vital and DMU aims to provide university-sourced accommodation for all new full-time undergraduate and international students who want it.
DMU's modern halls of residence are all within walking distance of the campus.
All halls of residence are self catering and cost between £65 and £155 per week (2010-11).
You can book a room online (subject to availability and eligibility) once you have firmly accepted your offer of a place at DMU.
Plenty of privately-rented accommodation is also available very close to the campus.

* KIS/HESA interquartile range, academic year 2012–13.
An interquartile range has been used to provide an average cost per university.
This is calculated by putting the costs of every room available (for a particular university or college) in order from the lowest to the highest;
the most expensive costs (the top 25%) and the least expensive costs (bottom 25%) are then ignored, leaving the interquartile range (i.e. the middle 50%).
Whether you are aiming for the top 10 or not, we help students around the world research degree courses, accommodation and make the right choice in changing times.
