University Subject Tables 2017
Linguistics is the study of language, and degrees in the subject will examine a wide range of factors relating to one of the brain's most complex and mysterious functions. Aside from sounds, Linguistics degrees look at language's structure, philosophical meanings, how it's used and how factors such as gender, sexuality and many more affect how people speak. If you're fascinated by phonemes and marvel at morphology, use our Linguistics subject table to find your perfect university.
