Business School
Full-time MBA
Accreditations: AMBA
Programme features
In the initial stages, the MMU MBA programme will identify strengths and weaknesses to help students reroute or map their career paths and individuals will be offered the opportunity to develop into diverse areas of management. Careers consultation and skills programmes will be available, focusing on job search strategies, recruitment and personal development. The aim of the programme is not simply to provide knowledge and skills that will assist in the analysis of situations in a disciplined way, but to enhance managerial judgement by helping to modify or reinforce what has been learnt from experience. Collaborative learning is encouraged where students volunteer personal insights from their own cultures and work experience. We believe this is one of the most positive aspects of the course, enriching our student’s understanding of the world and giving them a truly global perspective that will remain with them throughout their lives. Internships and placements are available. Students also undertake a development weekend and an overseas study tour (included in the fee).
