What was really good about the experience?

Manchester is a great city to go to uni in, met loads of people in my halls and found it really easy to find a house in for next year. - Great / Cheap transport - Loads of cheap nights out - Uni halls close to uni - Many private halls right next to uni in centre of town

What could be improved?

Some of the slides lecturers used were a few years old and weren't relevant The moodle system isn't used well at all, however it is it's first year of it being used The union isn't as good as other's I've seen

What was really good about the experience?

Manchester is a brilliant city for students to study in, with a wealth of social and cultural goings on. MMU also offers a vast array of courses to suit most people's needs and the teaching quality and organisation has overall been very good.

What could be improved?

There could be much more staff contact time as classes are so big that many tutors don't evn know your name. Also, because the university is so enormous, it is sometimes easy to feel very detatched from any kind of collective university community.

Excellent university, John Dalton building has excellent facilities and the Computing labs have the most advanced technologies to be used by the students. overall excellent experience

Prob the transport and parking for students but overall top standard university

What was really good about the experience?

Being a mature student, the MMU Crewe Campus suits me as it is close to home, it takes only 20 minutes to commute there and the my route of study accommodates my employment committment.
