Two UK universities appear in a new ranking of the top 50 universities established since 1963. The University of Warwick (founded 1965) is in third place in the QS Top 50 Under 50 ranking, while Lancaster University (founded 1964) is tenth.

The executives cited the short supply of graduates capable of creative thinking and good communication. According to cnbc.com, 95 per cent of those surveyed by the Association of American Colleges and Universities said they look for college graduates who can think clearly, solve problems and translate their ideas with good oral and communication skills.
