Entry requirements for a US student applying to a UK university

Apr 2020

I'm an American high school student and am considering applying to a university in the UK. Do UK universities check SAT scores or ACT scores when an American student applies?

ACT AMERICA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SAT US
Answer

You'll have to apply online through UCAS. You'll need to state on the online form all your qualifications to date including SAT, ACT, APs and give your high school GPA. Any university offering a place to you will need documentation that proves you've achieved the results stated on your UCAS form. So, yes, universities will check before admitting you.
