I didn't complete high school, do I have any options for university?

Are there any universities which accept students without them having completed high school/ secondary school?

Yes, but in the UK you would need to demonstrate other skills and work experience.

A good start would be to email universities, and see under circumstances they might consider you for entry.

You might be required to complete an Access to HE course, this is just a 1 year course which will equip you with the skills required for university-level study. Here's some more info about the course:
