Accepting an offer via UCAS but then not taking it up

I have an unconditional offer from University of Greenwich.

This is what I would like to accept via UCAS, but I'm also waiting for a decision from LAMDA for BA Hons Acting which is not via UCAS.

My first choice in life is go to LAMDA, but a final decision may not be made by them until much later. Can I accept Greenwich, but give back word if LAMDA offer a place at the end of June?

Yes. Go through the formal process and ask that Greenwich release your place at the appropriate time, don't worry they won't object. Let's be frank, a university can't force you to attend. Do it through UCAS formally ideally.

Break a leg.
