Can you get into uni with BTEC qualifications?

I'm studying Business Studies (BTEC), Financial Studies, World Development and Applied Science in sixth form. I'm wondering if these subjects are able to secure me a place in Nottingham University. I'm interested in studying something to do with Business. Are these subjects good enough?
