APPLYING FROM ABROAD ENTRY REQUIREMENTS SATS USA
Answer

UK universities are more than familiar with US entry qualifications, in particular SATs. Don't worry, your son will certainly be considered by UK unis. Most universities publish their entry requirements for US qualifications on their websites. In general, universities will make decisions based on SAT/ACT, APs and High School GPA. Individual universities will have their own requirements and within them individual course entry requirements may be more specific. Remember that course entry requirements may be more specific, and if you can't find the information on the university websites you should email the course admissions tutor for confirmation that he has met the entry requirements before applying through UCAS.
