Best place to study Classical Singing?

What is the best place to study classical singing? I'm particularly interested in City University and Goldsmiths.
Answered by Cicely Oliver
We can't advise you on the best place to study. You will have to make that decision yourself, based on what is important to you.

We do however offer the league and subject tables to help students make their decision. Classical singing will come within our Music table here (www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables...c). However, although I note that you're specifically interested in City and Goldsmiths, have you considered the conservatoires? Not all of which are in the league and subject tables at present. UCAS offer a specific path for applying to the conservatoires (www.ucas.com/ucas/conservatoires).

Read our advice on choosing a university (www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/universities/...y), and choosing a course (www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/courses/choos...e). Sign up for open days at the institutions you're interested in and take a good look around them. These things may help you focus on what's really important to you, and help you make a decision.
