Qualifying for UCAS Adjustment

Regarding the UCAS adjustment process, do you need to meet AND exceed grades for your first choice, or meet OR exceed these? Could I go through the UCAS adjustment process if I just meet expected grades as I may want to change my first choice
Answered by Alison Patterson
Meet and exceed.

You have to do better than meet the offer to qualify for UCAS Adjustment. It might be a good idea if you speak to an advisor at UCAS if you are already having second thoughts about your decisions. Strictly, you are contractually bound once you firmly accept an offer (unless you qualify for UCAS Adjustment). Take your time and think carefully about your decisions.
