Higher Education courses leading to medicine and dentistry

Which course could I take that will mean I have a chance of getting onto a postgraduate course in either Medicine or Dentistry?
Answered by Alison Patterson
We'd recommend that you BSc in Biomedical Sciences - this is a very common route to Medicine and Dentistry especially for those who did not get the required grades at uni. Either that or another healthcare related science degree.

If you have a good A Levels but in unrelated subject perhaps you may consider one of the Medicine/ Dentistry courses with a foundation year. These are extremely competitive so make sure you're in a position to be seriously considered for a place by getting in touch with universities direct.
