currently with open university in first year of BSc honour mathematics and statistics and want to change the university without loosing my year, want to know what options do i have?

I am an Open University student and currently in the first year of my BSc Mathematics and Statistics. I want to change my university with same path of my qualification, without starting again. So my question is, is Manchester University is doing BSc Mathematics and Statistics? And if so, does the uni accept the Open University qualifications?
