Roehampton unconditional offer

I received a conditional offer from Roehampton, however it says on the offer that if I put Roehampton as a firm choice they will give me an unconditional offer and drop all academic requirements. This may sound stupid but is this an actual unconditional offer or am I missing something?

Hi Matthew,

Congratulations on your offer! From what you have told us, this is an unconditional offer if you chose them as Firm choice (so has conditions, in effect). They would then change your offer to unconditional if you Firm them. If you make them your insurance choice, your offer would stay conditional, meaning you would need to get the grades.

Good luck, and well done!
