Can I go through UCAS Adjustment if I accept an unconditional offer?

I have been given an unconditional offer by the University of Birmingham that is unconditional if I make Birmingham my firm choice, otherwise it is conditional ABB. If I accept the offer Can I still use the UCAS adjustment service if I get, say, AAA when the results come out?

There isn’t much point in accepting an unconditional offer if, in the end, you don’t really want to go there. Having said that, turning down an unconditional offer would be a pretty brave thing to do, especially if you aren’t that confident about getting the grades for the place you want to go.
