Fees for UK citizen living abroad
Feb 2019Is there any chance of being considered as a home student whilst living abroad as a UK citizen?

Not usually. Home fees status depends on residence not citizenship. Look at the UKCISA website. If you are living abroad temporarily and unavoidably because of a parent's employment, it may be possible to argue that your ordinary residence remains the UK. Universities make the final decision based on the guidelines, case law and the information supplied by you. They will only make a determination after an application has been received and an offer made on academic grounds.
