Entry requirements for Dentistry

The entry requirement seems very high for Dentistry, at over 500 points. Even if I obtain 5 Highers at A grades, how can I get up to over 500 points? Does this include Advanced Higher results too?

Hi Gillian,

If you use a course search, for example, UCAS at:

You can click on course entry requirements and discover what you need to achieve in Scottish Highers.

Also look at our course chooser:

The University of Glasgow, for example, is stating AAAAB (including Biology and Chemistry) by the end of S6, plus Advanced Higher Biology and/or Chemistry at Grade B or better.

I hope this helps.
