Withdrawing from a university application

Hello, I have applied for a university entry as a deferred entrant in 2017. I am unsure of whether I do want to study the particular course I have applied for, as I have received multiple offers. If I accept an offer, when is the latest time that I can pull out of my application - considering I would be starting in 2017?

Hi Ryan,

Once you have made your decision you should let all parties know promptly. But if you are still unsure, you shouldn't take any irreversible steps. As long as you don't actually start university, you should be able to withdraw fairly easily. You would need to contact the university and follow up to finalise the formalities with UCAS.

The main thing is to decide what you want to do.

Good luck,
