Change of mind after accepting an unconditional offer

I have accepted an unconditional offer, but have since decided that I would prefer to live closer to home. Can I change my mind or is it too late?
Answered by Alison Patterson

You need to contact the university to discuss with them. They will release you if you ask so it's important that you are sure you are certain. If you have another university/course in mind, you could contact that university now to ask about admission for 2016, probably via Clearing. The formalities can be sorted out with UCAS.

Good luck,
