Addional requirements for medicine

I really want to get into medical school at university, however, I've heard that it can be challenging. What else do universities look for, in terms of the non-academic side of things, that will make my application stand out from the rest?

Hi Sukaina,

Experience in a hospital or equivalent environment. Compassion and good communication skills would be helpful. Look at the information on university websites for an insight. You will need to take the UKCAT or BMAT.

Best of luck!
