Universities that accept IB resits?

I was one or two points off from meeting my conditional offer, and was rejected from both of my choices. I would like to learn if universities such as Warwick, Bath university, Durham and Glasgow would accept resit students? Is it worth resting? What if I am not given a predicted grade that meets the entry requirements of the universities? Can I apply through adjustment as a resit student?

Hi Ezgi,

We think those universities would look at resit students as long there is a plausible story as to why you needed to resit. You should contact them individually to check what they say. If your predicted grades are insufficient you are unlikely to get an offer.

As far as we are aware, adjustment does not discriminate on whether achieved grades are resit or not, though it is conceivable that a university considering an adjustment application might do so.

Good luck!
