Irish passport, but live in South Africa

I live in South Africa and hold an Irish passport. How do I apply for a university place? What qualifications do I need?
Answered by Alison Patterson
Hello Ken,

If you want to apply for a university place in Ireland, apply to CAO:

www.cao.ie/

If you want to apply for a university place in the UK, apply to UCAS:

www.ucas.com

University websites tend to give general requirements for applicants with international qualifications, but it is advisable to contact universities direct listing all your qualifications to check whether you meet entry requirements.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions.
