How do you work out Student Satisfaction on the University League Tables?

Looking at the rankings for Mathematics, it seems that Strathclyde has a really high student satisfaction rate of 4.14. However looking at the Unistats website, its shows Mathematics at Strathclyde to have 61% student satisfaction.

Both seem to have the same source (National Student Survey). I want to know which one can I trust as I have applied to this university and want to know whether to firm or not. It would helpful if you could tell me how the score of 4.14 was obtained. Thank you
