BMAT result not high enough

My son applied for Medicine courses at three universities, but his BMAT result was not that high, and we still haven't heard from any of the universities either ourselves nor through UCAS. The interviews day is this week, we don't know what to do? Oxford told us not to send an email to ask. If he is rejected, can he go through Clearing for Medicine courses?

Hi Shahnaz,

He can go through Clearing for Medicine if there are spaces available in August. Alternatively, he can take another degree.

You must be patient and wait for the universities to decide. UCAS will send an email to your son.

If your sone receives rejections from all his UCAS choices he can go into Extra.
