The best university for taught Neuroscience Masters

Which MSc program in neuroscience is better, the one offered by the University of Bristol (Dept. of Clinical Sciences) or the the one offered by King's College London (Institute of Pscychiatry)? Please guide in terms of faculty, infrastructure, hands on experience, research opportunities and funding for the same.

But it's best to be guided by the course content and the location, accommodation costs associated with the university and the city.
