Deferring after UCAS form has been sent

If you have not ticked defer on your UCAS form and have sent off your application, can you defer when offers come in?
Answered by Alison Patterson
Hello Emma,

That is between you and the universities. Universities are not obliged to agree to a change of mind but they probably will. You must contact them direct then sort out with UCAS.

See our content on deferring: www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/universities/.../

Alternatively, you can phone UCAS and check with them on the best approach: 0371 468 0 468

Best of luck,
CUG
