credit transfer-what is considered overall percentages or grade given by current university

When you transfer your credit to another university what is considered percentages you gained or the grade your current university has given you?

On my module results I have: Overall examinable score and Overall continuous assessment score

is it these percentages that are taken into consideration or is it the grade which is given e.g. distinction, pass grade 2 ? In my university it takes 80% to get 1:1 in most universities is around 70% i wondered if i transferred if i would get a higher grade.
Does anyone know?

If you are transferring universities you must talking to your existing university and your new, accepting university. You must be very clear before you decide to transfer that you understand the arrangement, the basis of the transfer.
Good luck
