Medicine without Biology

I am currently studying Maths, Chemistry and Geography. Will I be able to study Medicine at university without Biology as many courses require both Chemistry AND Biology?
Answered by Alison Patterson
Hi Farhiya,

You need to read the entry requirements on university websites. Or check entry requirements using a course search.

www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/courses/search

or

search.ucas.com/

Look at:

search.ucas.com/search/providers?CountryCode=&...=

I think Biology is now more or less compulsory for Medicine (It used to be only Chemistry that was compulsory). You will also need to take the UKCAT or BMAT.

Best of luck,
CUG
