Applying for university during a gap year

I am planning to apply to university during my gap year through school. Since I am using my actual grades to apply, does this mean I am offered a place immediately, since there would be no need for a conditional offer? If not, what would the conditions be?

Hi Melly,

If you meet entry requirements, you will likely receive an Unconditional Offer (UF) or no offer.

If you receive an Unconditional, it means you're in.
