Is an undergraduate degree from open university considered for postgraduate courses?

I am starting a degree at the open university and I wanted to know if universities accept degrees gained at open university as qualification for entry to postgraduate courses?
Answered by Alison Patterson
We can confirm that a degree from the Open University is well respected and should not be a barrier to postgraduate research. Each university will consider any application on its individual merits and it would be wrong to assume that a degree from the OU would automatically give admission.
