How can I compare universities in different countries?

I am a prospective student planning to get a degree in BSc Occupational Therapy(Hons).

I am currently looking at Cardiff University, Trinity College Dublin and University of Sydney. However, I am unsure amongst the three, which is the most suitable uni that would offer the best quality education, especially since it is between three different countries?

How can one generally compare universities from different countries?

You would need to look at World Rankings such as QS to compare these three universities. In the end though, rankings are not the most important thing - just one of the criteria for helping to come to a decision:

What are the individual courses like? Have you read the university prospectuses? I presume you have not been able to visit any of the universities. Are there any other factors that matter to you - a preferred country? cost of living, fees, accommodation etc.
