SOAS entry requirements for Economics

I was wondering would SOAS consider someone with AAB for there Economics undergraduate degree despite the entry requirements being AAA?

As a general rule, entry requirements tend to be minima rather than absolute. So, many of the people admitted will exceed the minimum entry requirement. This means that if you don't attain the minimum - in this case AAA - you are unlikely to be successful. However, it is worth a phone call or an email to SOAS. There may be other aspects of your application that compensate for that B grade. I can't guarantee anything though.
