Applying to university with NVQ level 3
Jan 2020Would I be considered for a uni course with an NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance? I'd like to study Events Management ideally, but would my NVQ be accepted for such a course? I realise my qualification is unrelated, but I'm wondering if NVQs hold any value as entry requirements for university?
This depends. Normally no, as the NVQ isn't an entry qualification to university. For Access to Higher Education, BTEC or A Levels are needed in most cases.
