How do you get a high UCAS score?

In your league tables, how do applicants to the top universities get such high tariff scores? I'm particularly interested in those which are above 560.
Answered by Alison Patterson
Tariff is cumulative over all tarrifable qualifications. Many students take four A levels, quite a few take another AS or even a fifth A level. Then there are Music exams, etc.
