Choosing between two masters offers. How?

I am looking for a career in Safety Engineering and have completed bachelors in Chemical Engineering.

I have offers from the University of Sheffield in 'Msc in Process Safety and Loss Prevention' and the University of Aberdeen in 'Msc in Safety and Reliability Engineering in oil and gas'. Advice me which university to go for, keeping under consideration better job prospects and learning.

We cannot make a choice for you. A visit would probably settle this, because meeting people face to face and seeing the facilities helps you to place yourself in the context.
If a visit isn't possible, check the staff lists, the curriculum and decide which course is most suitable for your needs, based on the information on university websites. Don't hesitate to ask penetrating questions about the courses to the admissions tutors. Ask them for their statistics on graduate employment, these will be accessible.
