I've missed the January 15 UCAS deadline, what are my options?

I am currently applying to uni via UCAS but I've missed the January 15 deadline by a few days.

How detrimental will this be to my chances of getting a place on a course?
Answered by Alison Patterson
UCAS now speaks of its 15 January deadline as an equal consideration date, rather than a deadline date.

You can apply after 15 January but will only be considered if there is space on the relevant courses. You should perhaps contact a few universities asking if they are likely to consider your application after 15 January. Their reply will depend on how competitive the course is and how well qualified you are. It is definitely worth a shot.
