The Royal Air Force is the national aerial warfare force of the United Kingdom. It retains an operational fleet that supports the British Ministry of Defence, and currently employs around 30,000 people.

The training begins at the RAF College Cranwell with Initial Officer Training (IOT) and is followed by specialist training. This develops team building, leadership and management skills.
