At Towers Watson our associates help the world’s largest multinational corporations tackle their key people, benefits and risk issues. If you have the talent and the drive, you could too.
Towers Watson’s mission is to contribute to their clients’ success through utilising their unique capabilities and deep expertise. We provide the vision, ideas and answers to positively affect their business results.
Towers Watson’s roots may go back more than 130 years to the world’s oldest firm of actuaries, but their vision is firmly fixed on the future. In March 2012,Fortune magazine ranked Towers Watson as number one in its industry and on its list of the World’s Most Admired Companies.
Our clients recognise the need for, and actively seek, the best ideas from the brightest minds in business, giving our consultants challenges and opportunities that are difficult to find anywhere else.
Whether you join us as an intern within actuarial consulting, investment consulting, talent and rewards consulting or software engineering you will have immediate exposure to actual client assignments.
We seek articulate, empathetic and intellectually curious interns who will hopefully be our future graduates. Our work means that we are finding solutions for clients that have to be tailored, meet their needs, and that are adaptable to volatile market conditions or changes in requirements.
Investing in our people is a priority. Without this investment, our business could not continue to thrive. Driving personal and professional development, encouraging everyone to expand their knowledge and giving robust feedback means we deliver for our clients, the business and for you.
Substantial support is also available to gain professional qualifications through a time and money budget you manage personally to meet your specific needs and priorities.
