Course Summary

This Accounting course is not just about mathematical techniques. Learning those techniques is important but there's more to it than that. We want to show you the bigger picture, so you can take your career in any direction you choose. We'll help you to understand the role of accounting and financial management within an organisation. You'll learn how it affects everything from budgeting and control to environmental issues. We've upgraded our facilities and added an advanced Financial Markets Trading Room. The room has 16 PCs, each with three screens, and customised financial software, used by industry practitioners worldwide. Here you'll be able to combine underlying financial theory with the application of practical skills. You'll also be invited to London headquarters for live trading seminars and receive guest lectures from industry professionals. This course is accredited by CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW and CPA Australia. Graduates from all our courses go to work for companies like Amazon, Barclays, Boots, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Marks & Spencer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Procter & Gamble, Rolls-Royce, Santander and Tesco, in accounting, customer relations, human resource management, information systems, marketing, and operations management and strategy. Our graduates find work with multinationals and NGOs because they know how to deal with the international market and they understand the social and cultural aspects of doing business on a global scale.
