In the studios you will explore and experiment through practice in a vibrant and supportive environment. You will learn how to exhibit your work and develop relationships with industry professionals and become part of the creative community, preparing you for a fulfilling career in the arts.**How you learn**This course is part of the Sheffield Institute of Arts — our creative community within Sheffield Hallam.There are two modules in each year of this course. One is based on individual art practice in studios and workshops, and the other focuses on the development of theoretical and historical understanding of art.You learn through* practical workshops* lectures and seminars* group critiques* tutorials* exhibitions and presentations* field trips* international exchanges* independent studyThere are opportunities to study abroad at one of our partner universities with the possibility of funding through the Erasmus programme.
