**Course overview**: This allows you to progress on to a top-up route on a full-time (or part-time) basis when you have completed a foundation degree or HND in a sport and exercise discipline. Indicate your point of entry as Year 3 when applying for the full-time route.You develop your research and laboratory skills alongside your abilities in critical thinking, problem solving and reflective practice to enhance your employment potential. You experience a range of learning and teaching methods including lectures, seminars, weekend workshops, laboratory sessions, problem-based learning, reflective practice and independent research. The programme is structured to move from a tutor led focus in the first term to independent study in the later stages of the programme.**After the course**: This programme builds on your current academic, vocational and professional experiences to equip you for work in the field of sport and exercise. This includes providing you with a higher skill set within your current organisation and equipping you with the ability and knowledge to move into a range of jobs within the sector.
