Study our accredited three-year civil engineering degree for a successful career in the construction industry.The BEng Hons Civil Engineering covers a range of industrial chemical manufacturing and processing technologies, with modules in construction management and technology, engineering geology, hydraulics and soil mechanics. You will have the chance to study specialisms in water engineering, bridge design and the design of concrete structures, enabling you to shape the course to your own interests.This degree is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators on behalf of the Engineering Council. We also have links to major companies such as Atkins, BAM Nuttall and Amey.Career options for our civil engineering graduates include roles in chemical and process engineering, pharmaceutical industries and food and beverage.
