In this course, you will: pursue structured leadership and management study; tailor a programme around the issues that matter to you, with courses focused on your sector and related to your function; complete a final work-based project equivalent to a 60-credit dissertation, supervised by both your organisation and GCU. Ultimately, you will either learn a new set of skills to deliver a new service, becoming 'Fit for a New Role', or find a way to make sure your workforce and practices are effective and efficient, becoming 'Fit for Practice'.
Throughout your studies, you'll be encouraged to innovate with the goal of serving the common good in an academic environment with a shared belief in global engagement and social responsibility.
