Our degree in drama and English literature gives you the opportunity to get inspired by important works of literature while learning to be a theatre maker and performer.Our drama and English literature degree is designed to provide a thorough grounding in both subjects. Drama modules cover theatre from an historic, theoretical and practical perspective by asking students to write, direct and perform. Our 100-seat fully-equipped Bathway Theatre in south-east London is the perfect place to showcase your work.Career options for our drama and English literature graduates are varied. Some go on to postgraduate study, while others choose acting, teaching, or directing, as well as research, journalism, publishing or arts administration.Like all universities, the University of Greenwich develops courses to ensure they meet the future demands of our students and industry. To do this, we have a schedule of programme re-approvals. The module content of this course is currently subject to this review process and will be changing.
