At this stage, you are expected to be a specialist with some strategic influence. Applicants to the MSc have usually achieved the Professional Social Work Practice PGCert and PGDip and therefore already chosen a practice, education or management route. Advice and guidance on this issue are available from the admissions tutor if desired. As a course of continuing professional development (CPD), the Advanced Social Work MSc is not accredited by a Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Body (PSRB).
