If you have successfully completed the requirements for either the Postgraduate Diploma in Academic Practice or the Postgraduate Diploma in Academic Practice (Technology Enabled), then the dissertation module may be undertaken for the completion of the MA.

Who is this course for?

This programme is only suitable for those currently teaching students at the equivalent of Higher Education level 4 and above - and for some of the modules additional experience may be required.

Research students at City, University of London who are required to teach are also eligible to attend and complete certain modules.

Career

The programme is part time and so usually those of you who come have careers within education and already have teaching and facilitation responsibilities for students.

This programme is designed to support your existing role as a lecturer, however the programme will provide you with new ideas and approaches that will support your development and enhance your profile when seeking promotion with the professional recognition of the programme.
