Accounting is an integral part of any business and a discipline which offers a wide variety of employment opportunities. The growth in multi-national organisations means that a qualification in accounting can provide you with global employment opportunities. If you are interested in specialising in accounting and working within the financial or wider business sector, then these courses are for you. Successful graduates have a choice of progression opportunities. On completion of Foundation Degree you could complete a top-up degree at university e.g. BSc Hons Accounting at Ulster, continue on a professional programme of study e.g. Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) which is currently offered at the Belfast Met or to complete a degree at university on a part-time basis e.g. BSc Hons Accounting at Ulster University.
