Why study with us

  • Learn from practitioners who are experts in their field, as well as academic staff who will deliver your specialist training.
  • You’ll gain the knowledge and skills needed to manage patients in different clinical areas.
  • You can qualify as an Independent Prescriber within our programme.

Learning and assessment

Our course is delivered through blended learning, using a variety of methods and online platforms supplemented with face-to-face delivery on our campus.

Where face-to-face sessions are scheduled, active learning strategies will be used wherever possible. Generally, each module will be supported by a minimum of a one-day face-to-face masterclass, with the exception of the research project module and the independent prescribing module. Students can also exit with PGCert and PGDip awards.
