COURSE OVERVIEW
The MA in Ancient Egyptian Culture is an enlightening course that concentrates on ancient Egyptian history, language and material culture.
Taught by specialist international researchers, this comprehensive course benefits from our unique Egypt Centre which houses thousands of artefacts from Ancient Egypt, the largest collection of its kind in Wales.
Advanced language training is available in this MA but not compulsory. You may also focus on topics related to heritage, museum, and material culture interpretation.
ANCIENT EGYPTIAN CULTURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
You will develop excellent oral and writing skills, and learn to present your ideas in a range of formats. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills will all boost your employment prospects.
Graduates from this course enter a range of sectors including education, marketing, government, research and events management.
